This is where every day starts. One address, one email, one password — the same for the office and for site.
Dina owns the studio, so she signs in first. Notice she uses her work email: that is the address the workspace invited, and it is what ties every action back to a person.
She lands on her own dashboard. Not the studio’s dashboard — hers.
What your role decides
The menu down the left is the whole product, grouped: planning, the daily work, the numbers, and the admin settings underneath.
Your language sits in your own menu, next to your name. Choose Arabic and the entire screen turns around: the menu moves to the right, and so does every column and every date.
The same product, a different job
Now watch the same workspace through Tarek’s eyes. He is the site engineer on the Twin Villas job.
His menu is shorter, and that is deliberate. Nothing is being hidden from him unfairly — the screens he has no use for would only be in the way while he is standing on a slab in the sun.
What he does need is one tap away: his sites, and the daily report he files from them.
The habit
So one habit before anything else. If a screen somebody mentions is not in your menu, that is a permission, not a fault. Ask whoever set up your workspace to give you the role you need, rather than assuming the product is broken.
