This is the wiki. It is where the studio writes down the things everyone agrees to do the same way, so a decision made in one meeting is still standing six months later.
The handbook
The studio handbook lives here — the standards the whole team follows, from how a material gets approved to how a site photo is taken.
Open any page and it reads like a short document, not a chat. That is the point: it is written to be found later, by someone who was not in the room.
Like the material-approval process — written down once, and reused on every job after. The next designer does not have to ring Salma to ask how it works.
Starting a new space
For the coastal projects, Salma starts a new space. A space is just a folder for one subject, so everything about the seaside builds sits together.
She names it, gives it a line of description, and saves. The space now sits beside the handbook, ready to be filled.
Its first page
Then she adds its first page — the handover checklist for San Stefano. A page has a title and a body, and that is all it needs to be.
Saving it publishes the page to the team. Nothing is sent by email; the next person who looks in the space simply sees it.
